Valley Forge Fitness hosts an exciting full body outdoor fitness class open to the general public. Running outdoors can often be taxing on the joints and body. Valley Forge Fitness will help you to become a well rounded person by putting you against you. Functional strength training is a tried and true training method that uses your own body weight and your own ability to move your body to give you a phenomenal workout that is safe for all ages and abilities. Most of our lives are spent in the real world where we do real things. Train for the real world. This class starts October 18th and will go every Saturday untill April. We will then switch to a 6 day a week format.
