Join Sue for a week of yoga, pranayama and meditation in a true paradise. We will have a 3 hour asana class each morning, and a 1.5 hour session of gentle asana, pranayama and meditation most evenings. That leaves plenty of time to explore the islandâ€"hiking, swimming, sightseeing. This location, Hui Ho'olana, is a very special, spiritual place. It is rustic and quiet, and we are the only group on site. There is a gorgeous pool and hiking trails onsite.
