(865) 851-8326The Catalyst is Knoxville's Newest Entertainment Venue located in the Historic Old City District, across from Barley's, in the former Blue Cats, Tonic & Fiction complex. The Catalyst serves as a live music venue as well as venue for special events. The Catalyst hosts local, regional, and national artists from all different genres. Bluegrass, jazz, rock, metal, blues, electronica and hip hop, just to name a few.
The Catalyst is also available to rent for special events and parties. Inquire about renting The Catalyst for your next Corporate Gala, Fraternity/Sorority party, Wedding Reception or Charity Fundraiser.
The Catalyst is a mid-size venue with a capacity of 545.
The Catalyst is an all around great venue to have or attend any event. We are an ALL AGES venue unless specified for certain shows.
Don't forget...our Patio Bar & Courtyard are open daily Wednesday - Friday at 6pm for our Happy Hour! The courtyard is smoker friendly and the Patio Bar offers a full food menu.
