Description
Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to stay active during your pregnancy, while preparing your body for labor and delivery. It's also a great way to connect with other pregnant women as you celebrate the changes in your body and the excitement of bringing a new life into the world. This class is taught by Anna Starikov, a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in Prenatal Yoga. Classes are taught in Kirkland at Yoga Studio Be on Saturdays at 10 am. Join us for this weekly drop-in class!
