Explore many aspects of yoga from pranayama to inverted poses working on core strength with a deep inward self focus. You will practice techniques from Hatha and Kundalini yoga, Pranayama and explore deep emotional and physical healing. All levels are welcome in our friendly, non-competitive, accepting environment. Yin yoga Core work-abdominal exercises Strengthening and stretching Inversions/wall work Empowering --strengthen the mind as well as the body Pranayama-- (breath control and awareness) Intensity-- Working deeply whether stretching, strengthening; physical body work or emotional Encouragement to go deeply inward for self focus Let the seemingly impossible be possible Physical work supporting chakra and emotional awareness Process coaching (deep emotional healing and support) Non-competitive, friendly, accepting environment All-levels are welcome Hands-on with care and attention to new students Light hearted and fun Honor your own pace and also play your edge!
