KDOG Norkirk Members Meetup at NAA meeting

Please attend this meeting if you live in Norkirk. They will discuss the topic of a dogpark in Norkirk, specifically at Crestwoods. We need to show strong support in the neighborhood for this proposal! If you cannot attend this meeting and you live in Norkirk, please email BOTH angelique.reiss@comcast.net and eng_eric@hotmail.com with the following message: YES, I AM A NORKIRK RESIDENT AND I SUPPORT A DOG PARK IN NORKIRK. Off leash dog parks are successfully operating in cities all around us (Seattle, Monroe, Everett, Renton, Edmonds, Bellevue and Sammamish all have one or more). KDOG is a citizen stewardship group of responsible dog owners dedicated creating and maintaining dogparks. I am a member of KDOG and a Norkirk resident and I support a dog park in Norkirk. Thank you to everyone who came out on Sunday morning for our Howl-o-ween event - we had over 15 people sign the online petition since Sunday so we were successful in reaching new supporters. Because the cost of a public event was over $250 vs the $50 we spent for a Private event, we could not advertise for this event. Next year we would like to get business sponsorship and hold a larger public event. Remember, you don't need to live in Kirkland to join K-DOG! Please email me with any input.
