after floundering around in the younger jungle basin, the heroes finally end up in Threcca. no one had been aging in Threcca for hundreds of years; up until a few days ago. the heroes Learn that Bonnicker has left Threcca to journey thru the jungle to Nakito in an effort to try to stop the Yuan-ti himself. the heroes overtake the rapidly aging explorer quickly and escort the dying Bonnicker while he relates the story of Nakito and the Yuan-ti and the previously ever young Threcca. He entrusts them, not only with the story, but also with the mission to stop the snake men, a pouch that he says will help them do it, 4 magical pearls, and ultimately his last moments in this life. the heroes take up the mantle and trek on toward Nakito. they are intent on stopping the Yuan-ti now more than before.
