Description
Crowders Mountain and The Pinnacle are two great places to observe several species of hawk as they migrate through the area in the fall and spring. Here’s the chance to learn about some of the species that can be found in the area either year-round or seasonally. Learn to identify them by sight and sound to prepare for the fall. Meet at the Crowders Mountain Overlook at the top of Backside Trail. Allow 45 minutes for the hike up.
