The MainStreet Band
MainStreet began back in 1993. Razmataz wanted to leave the Ramada Inn Airport and Roger House wanted to stay. Thanksgiving weekend that year MainStreet began a 4 year run at the Ramada. The original band was David Broom on keyboards and vocals, Tony Busby on guitar and vocals, Ronnie Presnell on drums and vocals and Roger House on bass and vocals. In 1994 we added Mike Thomas on Keyboards, sax, trumpet, trombone, harmonica and vocals. In 1997 we added Jimi Layne on guitar and vocals. We left the Ramada Inn and went over to Bessemer to tried our hand at owning and running a bar “The MainStreet Lounge”. Needless to say, it didn’...Links
