We welcome everyone to begin or expand their exploration of Zen practice with us. Our practice centers on silent Zen meditation (zazen). Newcomers will be offered instruction on the mechanics of sitting including the posture, the breath, and disposition of the mind during meditation. Informal Dharma discussion will also take place during our meetings. Appropriate attire is modest comfortable clothing. Zen knows peace with all religious doctrines and practices, so please do not hesitate to join us"
