Come see why Kennebunkport was recently named the #2 Christmas town in America by HGTV! Join us as we celebrate the 28th Annual Christmas Prelude December 4th - December 13th, 2009. The ten-day event commences with the Tree Lighting in Dock Square, Kennebunkport on Friday evening, December 4th at 5:30pm. Other events include a Live Nativity, Historic Trolley Rides, Candlelight Caroling, Blueberry Pancake Breakfast, Lobster Dinners, The Fourth Annual Hat Parade, Santa's arrival by Lobster Boat and much more.
