Description
HARMONIZING FOOD WITH WINE
Explore the relationship between food and wine with our resident Sommelier, Jon Randle, and Winery Chef Roger Sleiman. You will experience some classic pairings as well as learning the foundation to a great food and wine marriage. This interactive workshop will include a 3 course lunch & wine pairing.
• 11:30 am to 2:30 pm
• maximum of 20 participants
• March 28th & April 18th
• $70 per person
