Description
DECONSTRUCTING WINE
Join resident Sommelier, Jon Randle, for a series of intimate gatherings throughout the Fall and Winter as he guides participants through a series of educated blind tastings of international and local wines. Enliven the pallet and senses with the different styles of wine that the world has to offer. Each workshop is themed by a grape varietal or viticultural region.
• 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
• maximum of 20 participants
• 12 workshops –
November 8th & 22nd, December 6th & 20th
January 17th & 31st, February 7th & 21st, March 7th & 21st,
April 11th & 25th
• $40 per person
