Event details: Quails' Gate - Constructing Wine Seminar
Description
CONSTRUCTING WINE
Our resident Sommelier, Jon Randle, will guide you through the life cycle of the grape vine and reveal the science and art of wine making from the vineyard to table. This is an excellent warm up to our Deconstructing Wine workshops. Participants will tour our vineyard and facilities and explore the path from the vineyard to the bottle.
• 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
• maximum of 20 participants
• 2 workshops, November 1st & February 28th
• $40 per person
