Entrepreneurship At the Packinghouse
Startup Canada, a grassroots, entrepreneur-led initiative, created to support and inspire entrepreneurship, is coming to the BC Southern Interior as part its National Tour that includes 40 stops through 10 provinces over seven months.
The Startup Canada entourage will include a session at Kelowna's historic Laurel Packinghouse on September 12th, 2012.
You are invited to attend this invite only exclusive round table discussion. The event will demonstrate to the Startup Canada team that the Southern Interior region of BC is populated by vibrant forward thinking entrepreneurs and is a great place to start and grow companies.
Setting the tone for the event, a panel of entrepreneurs from several of the regions diverse economic sectors will identify "what worked" for them. This will be followed by a facilitated community hall session offering the opportunity for attendees to voice directly to the Startup Canada Team what works and what will strengthen entrepreneurship in Canada.
Entrepreneurship @ The Packinghouse will be held at the Laurel Packinghouse, 1304 Ellis Street Kelowna on September 12th, 2012. The doors will open at 1:00pm with the Startup Canada event beginning at 1:30pm.
Appies and refreshments will be available throughout.
