THE FEAST WILL BE NEW YEARS EVE AT 7:30 pm
$45 gets you admission, 4 course meal, and wine pairings.
You can reserve your ticket for 7 dollars by clicking the show time at the top of this page. It will be an additional 30 dolars for the four course meal and 8 dollars for the wine pairings which will be paid at the venue when you arrive for the feast. Wine pairings are optional.
THE MENU WILL INCLUDE:
1ST COURSE: Smoked Salmon Tartar seasoned with candied lemon, capers, ancho chile & garnished with prosciutto chips
Stella Pinot Grigio
2ND COURSE: Veal Stuffed Ravioli with parsley, sunflower greens & a reduced veal stock
Barton & Guestier Beaujolais
3RD COURSE: Whole Roasted Suckling Pig with citrus braised cabbage, green apple & pecan
Acacia Pinot Noir
4TH COURSE: Whiskey flavored Bread Pudding with a reduced wine gastrique, caramel powder & vanilla sugar
