POLICIES & GUIDELINES
- All payments are NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE

- Passports ARE NOT REQUIRED
 
- If not traveling with a passport, a government issued picture id AND certified birth certificate from your local vital statistics office is required
 
- Each individual is responsible for their own airfare to Hawaii
 
- Flight itineraries are due to your agent a minimum of 30 days before departure
 
- If flight itineraries are not received 30 days before departure, you will be responsible for obtaining your own transportation to the resort
 
- Travel Insurance is available for an additional cost of $99 per person
 
- It is best to pay your initial deposit as soon as possible to guarantee you are locked in at the above rates.  Rates are subject to change at any time
 
- If you fail to make monthly payments, your reservations are subject to cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited

- Please register in the name shown on your passport or government issued identification
