Description

The Kemper Arena Kansas City first opened its doors to the public in 1974, and was considered quite revolutionary in its architecture and design. Intsead of having interior columns which oftentimes obstruct the view from certain seating areas, the venue's roof is suspended by steel trusses on the outside of the structure.
