Run SMARTÂÂ's Tuesday Morning Speed Sessions September 15 ÂÂ- November 3, 2009 5:30-7:00 a.m. Shawnee Mission East High School Track 7500 Mission Road Prairie Village, KS Run SMARTÂÂ's Tuesday Morning Speed Sessions are designed to improve your speed, strength and endurance through a variety of hills, longer tempo runs and repeats. These workouts are designed for runners of any distance or ability, who primarily want to improve half marathon/marathon times, but also 5K/10K times. Dates/Times: Tuesday morning sessions September 15 - November 3 at 5:30 a.m. The speed sessions will begin promptly at 5:30 a.m. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. Cost: Individual session - $10 What to bring: Water bottle and sports watch.
