21+ $7 Chupacabra started in a small suburban basement. Unlike most up and coming bands, Chupacabra required little space so the garage was unneccesary. After non-stop fighting with former members Thom Yorke and Billy Idol, Dane Howard and Ryan Miller decided to just strip down and be a two-man outfit.
