Description
Featuring saxophonist Gerald Dunn, bassist Tyrone Clark, drummer Mike Warren & pianist Everett Freeman, the Jazz Disciples perform original compositions & standards in a style blending traditional Kansas City jazz and contemporary sounds. Joining the group for this set on piano and vocals is elderstatesman of Kansas City jazz, Luqman Hamza. Poet Glenn North will also perform several selections for a dynamic blend of jazz and spoken word.
