Use canned goods to get discounts, take mini-classes
The Thanksgiving season is always a busy time for the Flathead Food Bank, and we're doing our best to help out. Join us Thursday, Nov. 12, from 6 - 8 p.m. at Camas Creek Yarn for the Food For Thought Food Drive. We're offering you some great discounts: bring in one can of food for the Food Bank and receive 10% off a single item. Two cans gets you 20% off a single item, and with four or more cans you'll receive 40% off any one item.
Not only do you get discounts, we'll have mini technique-based knitting classes running all evening long. You can use cans of food to buy your way into those classes. Just think. You'll be contributing needed supplies to the food bank while learning how to Kitchener stitch!
And we'll even have wine and cheese on hand to make the evening feel more festive. We hope you "can" join us. (Can ... get it?)
