Marathon, Half Marathon, 10 K, 5 K, 1 Mile Maui Marathon is recognized as one of the most scenic courses in world with its point-to-point route starting in Kahului, passes moonlit sugarcane fields and hugs the spectacular Pacific coastline for over 17 breathtaking miles.

Feast on views of the cobalt blue ocean water, its rolling surf and Maui's neighboring islands of Kaho'olawe, Lana'i and Moloka'i.

Your journey's final miles will take you through the historical fishing village of Lahaina before finishing near The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, race headquarters, in the world-famous Ka'anapali Beach Resort home of the Whalers Village.

The popular Maui Half Marathon features a flat, out-and-back course that traces the final 6.55 miles of the marathon course. This festive 13.1-miler starts at Whalers Village in the Ka'anapali Beach Resort, passes through Lahaina, turns around at Launiupoko Park and returns to Ka'anapali.

While on Maui, enjoy the island's 727 square miles of outdoor adventure combining luxury with simplicity like no other island.

Maui is an island destination where you can take pleasure in exploring its beautiful scenery, sleepy towns and some of the world first class resorts that coexist with Maui's rich history and culture of Hawaiian mythology.

The scenic beauty, friendliness and efficiency of the event draws repeat runners annually. The Maui Marathon has been voted the 7th Best Marathon in the USA and is a Boston Qualifier.

The event features a Marathon, Half, 5k, Mile and the Warrior Challenge(Mile, 5k, and Half or Full Marathon.

Course Description
The Full Marathon is 80% flat and coastal running from Kahului to Kaanapali. Most scenic in Hawaii.

The Half Marathon is 95% flat and all coastal running from Whalers Village, in Kaanapali, to Launiupoko Beach Park and back.

The Maui Tacos 5k starts and finishes at Whalers Village.

The Bubba Gumps Front Street Mile starts downtown Lahaina on Front Street in front of Bubba Gumps and is an out and back course.
