Description
This class is run as an open workshop, in which students design and construct projects of their choice. Expert instructors provide individual guidance on design, joinery, construction, and finishing, based on individual student needs, and students draw upon each other’s expertise. Students often stay for multiple semesters, enjoying the camaraderie of the shop and progressing to more ambitious projects over time. Projects must be kept to a manageable size. 10 Saturdays, 9am–12 noon, Sept. 19–Dec. 12 (no class Sept. 26, Nov. 28, Dec. 5).
