Description
Learn how to use the sewing machine, cut patterns, and sew. Start with bags, pillows, and simple clothing, and proceed to more complex projects as you gain more experience. Sewing is practical, fun, and once you know how to do it you can make great things for yourself and for friends. With the instructor’s advice, you will supply your own fabric and develop your own sewing kit. 8 Saturdays, 1–3pm, Sept. 19–Nov. 14 (no class Sept. 26). $180.
