Boxing Bunnies - Beginner & Intermediate

Ladies only class run by Ann Marie READ ALL INFO BEFORE SIGNING UP! This Wednesday night class is for beginner to intermediate fitness levels. It is not appropriate for you if you are very out of shape or otherwise unable to perform intense physical activities. $10 per person, cash only. No Refunds. No exceptions. Monthly passes available for $60. New students: Do not attend any boxing class unless you have completed the required Orientation session. Our workout will focus on your entire body. You will get to use the various punching bags, speed bags, mitt training and lots of other boxing moves for a highly effective workout. Have your hands wrapped and ready to start on time. We do not hold up the class. Classes containing less than 3 total attendees may be canceled or merged with another class. IMPORTANT: RSVP is required to ensure your space. Due to class size limits, do NOT RSVP unless you're sure you can attend. If you no show, or change your RSVP to "no" within 8 hours of class time, you may be blocked from future attendance or be required to pay through paypal in advance for future classes. Boxing Bunnies classes are the only classes at the gym led by a woman and for women only.
