Begin at the Ribault club and kayak through Fort George Inlet, arriving at Kingsley Plantation. Then trade your paddles for a yoga mat and enjoy a class on the wonderful grounds under magnificent oak trees. A picnic lunch will be provided. End the morning with a peaceful paddle through the Timucuan Preserve.

Join Siddie as she guides you through an invigorating yoga practice, emphasizing the connection between our bodies and nature. Siddie Friar is an Instructor and Studio Manager at M Body Yoga, 217 1st St., Neptune Beach, FL (http://mbodyyoga.com)

Rachel Austin, owner of Kayak Adventures and Natural Teams, will lead the kayaking tour. She is a Coastal Florida Master Naturalist with over eight years experience as a guide in Northeast Florida.

Fees to participate in the Yoga and Kayak Tour are $80 per person, which includes kayak gear and picnic lunch.

A percent of the proceeds benefit the North Florida Land Trust, which is dedicated to preserving natural areas in North Florida and responsible in part for the recent addition of 360 acres to the Atlantic Beach Park System.
