DUAL IRON CHEF EVENT...

Let's get ready to RUUUMMBBLLLLEEE! INGREDIENT RESULTS VIA THE POLL HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS: PLUMS & AVOCADOS RULES: Using one or both of the ingredients you are to prepare a dish that all attendees will taste and judge, you will get extra points for including both ingredients in one dish! It MUST be part of a 5 course meal: appetizer, salad, soup, main course or dessert only MEMBERS are to bring a dish to serve NO MORE THAN 12 (so we don't have too much!) A copy of your recipes must be brought in with your dish to be shared with the group. Menu will not be posted for this one only ingredients!!! Don't worry I will keep track of the items to make sure we don't have too many main courses or salads! This event will be scored as on IRON CHEF and there will be a winner with a prize!
