Jim Zeigler and Vanessa Carrasco Collectively make up West Tennessee's New Power Duo
"Casting Our Pearls"
Moving from Central Florida three years ago where they played the local music venues for years as a duo named "Torch",
Jim and Vanessa now call Tennessee "Home".
Quote: "In my years as a musician, Playing songs for people has always been like casting Pearls to the audience,
so when it came time to name this new duo, "Casting our Pearls" just seemed right".
Originally from Texas, Vanessa has a soulful, smooth, beautiful voice that seamlessly pairs up with Jim's well traveled and Accomplished Guitar Playing. As seasoned performers, they look like they are having fun, and they are.
Playing music from the '50's to present day and covering artists like Bonnie Raitt, Keb Mo’, Van Morrison, Linda Ronstadt, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Fleetwood mac, Sting, Peter Tosh, Tom Waits, The Eagles, James Taylor, K.T. Tunstall, Mariah Carey, Tom Petty, Shania Twain, The Beatles, Sheryl Crow, Sade, K.D.Lang, Norah Jones and so many more Makes for an Acoustic/Electric performance you're sure to enjoy.
