The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science, recently named the state's Travel Attraction of the Year by the Mississippi Tourism Association, will host the "Monsters of the Deep" exhibit, developed by PaleoFun, Inc., from June 13, 2009 - January 8, 2010. Coordinated special programming will complement Monsters of the Deep. In June and July, enjoy the exciting, interactive, hands-on programs of Fun Fridays, offered by Museum Education staff. For months to come, hear scientific lectures presented by experts on related topics such as the Gulf Sturgeon (also known as a "monster fish"), freshwater monsters, and sharks.
