Walk to End Alzheimer's 2012 - Huntington Beach

The Alzheimer's Association, Orange County invites residents to unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions by participating in the upcoming Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's.

Walk to End Alzheimer's is more than a walk. It is an experience for thousands of participants in Orange County to learn about Alzheimer's disease and how to get involved with this critical cause, from advocacy opportunities, the latest in Alzheimer's research and clinical trial enrollment to support programs and services. Each walker will also join in a meaningful ceremony to honor those affected by Alzheimer's disease.

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and the opening ceremonies begin at 9:30 a.m. Walkers have the option of choosing a two or four mile walk, and spend the rest of the time enjoying a variety of attractions including:

* Kidz Zone
* Doggie Dugout
* Dozens of interactive exhibitors
* Entertainment
* Food concessions
