"Organizing Your Time and Work " - Part 3 of the 5 part series "The Engaged Office: Basic Training." Cost: $150 for entire series (Customer Service Solutions - Sept. 15; Effective People Skills - Oct. 29; Organizing Your Time and Work - Nov. 10; Grammar & Proofreading - Dec. 9; and Navigating Through Change: Creating Your Own GPS System - Jan. 14, 2010).
Add to your fundamental customer service knowledge, learn some secrets of success, and practice skills that meet your customer service goals. You know from your own experience the difficulties of dealing with disappointed (or even demanding) customers. We'll discuss and practice strategies for handling your service encounters, and how you can tend to your self in the process.
The registration form is accessed at: http://www.uiowa.edu/~fusstfdv/print_register_form.pdf and the form must accompany the fee. On the form use "The Engaged Office" as the Course and "Fall 2009" as the Date/Session. Mail to: The University of Iowa, UI Learning & Development, 121 University Services Building, Iowa City, IA 52242. You can also call 319-335-2687 to register with a credit card. The fee is payable by check , MasterCard, or VISA.
Registrations are due by September 1. Enrollments will be confirmed with receipts for payments by September 4. If minimum enrollments are not met for this series, participants will be informed that the series has been cancelled and will not be charged.
