Description
Winter-related activities including snow sculpting, ice carving demonstrations, ice harvesting from the Ice Harbor, ice fishing information, traditional American Indian games, animal programs, ice safety programs, and special winter treats. The 2009 event will include Troy Henkels, Dubuque native and arctic explorer, who was the first person to kite surf in the Antarctic Circle. At the National Mississippi River Museum.
