In this class we will take a look at Impermanence and how we can try to bring this understanding into how we live our daily lives. Through meditating on Impermanence, our problems of holding on tightly to situations and people as being fixed and unchanging will no longer arise. We will gain a flexibility and agility of mind that will allow us to deal with everything life throws at us will calmness and creativity.
