First Baptist Church Indianapolis Poverty Simulation
The poverty simulation is designed to help participants begin to understand what it may be like to live in a typical low-income family trying to survive month to month. The objective of the simulation is to expose and sensitize participants to the realities faced by low-income families.
At the end of this eye-opening experience, we will share the work that is being done to help address poverty in the Greater Indianapolis are throught the Indianapolis Circles Initiative--a poverty initiative of the Julian Center. Come to find out how you can get involved and make a difference.
The event will be held in the multi-purpose room. Enter First Baptist Church at entrance 4, on the west end of the building.
