Please read chapter 4 (The Shadow Module, 26 pages) of the Integral Life Practice book and we'll discuss it at the meeting. This is a big and important chapter! Including 'Shadow work' in a personal practice is a somewhat new idea. Of course Shadow work itself is nothing new, it goes by many names, psychotherapy and gestalt to name two but elevating it to to same fundamental importance as bodywork and meditation in your personal practice is new with Integral Life Practice. We'll discuss the chapter and even try a 3-2-1 process if there is time. You can order the book from amazon.com or You can order it through the books website or Borders, Barnes and Nobel etc...
