Description
Join us for our fourth Tuesday meeting at Cornerstone Coffee and the discussion of the November movie of the month, John Sayles's Honeydripper. The first hour of the Meetup will be open to all movie-related topics. Movie of the Month discussion will begin at 8. An ensemble comedy-drama revolving around a roadhouse in the 1950s South, Honeydripper stars Danny Glover, Stacy Keach, Mary Steenburgen, and lots of great blues and rockabilly music. Writer-director Sayles is one of the premier American indie filmmakers (Honeydripper is his most recent film). Gary will be hosting a showing of the film the Sunday before the meeting; check the Meetup site for more details.
