Baseball Winter Meetings & Baseball Trade Show

This is the 108th annual gathering of the baseball convention, a place where club owners, front office personnel, league officials, just about everyone from the business side of the game whether from the Major Leagues, the Minor Leagues or internationally, will gather in one spot. WHO ATTENDS? Representatives from more than 200 Major League and Minor League Baseball clubs, leagues and organizations attend the Baseball Trade Show during their annual meetings. In addition, some baseball representatives, coaches, and organizers from College, High School and Little League, as well as other approved baseball affiliated organizations are invited to attend the Baseball Trade Show. Representatives include owners, general managers, marketing and promotions directors, stadium operations personnel, coaches, organizers, buyers, and more. Representatives make purchases for equipment, player apparel, retail merchandise, promotional items and services at the show or just check out the latest baseball products on the market. WHO EXHIBITS? Upwards of 300 companies exhibit each year at the Baseball Trade Show. Exhibiting companies range from marketing apparel, caps, blankets, souvenirs, promotional products, to service companies including insurance, architecture, concessions, printing, marketing, internet and entertainment to field suppliers for player uniforms, player equipment, stadium equipment and much more.
