An Evening of Star Gazing

Remember laying in the grass in your backyard at night as a kid and gazing up at the stars without a care in the world until your mom yelled for you to come in and get ready for bed? Looking for a better way to appreciate a starry night in Indianapolis now that you're older? (Lets face it, if we lay down on the grass now we may need help getting up!) I dont know much about astronomy or astrophysics...and the only cosmos Im familiar with come in a glass...but I thought this would be a great night out for our group again since it was so well received last year. Meet in the lobby at 8 p.m. The Planetarium show is at 8:30 p.m. rain or shine. After the planetarium show visitors will have an opportunity to view Saturn and other celestial objects through IndianaÂ’s largest telescope (weather permitting) from 9:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. The planetarium presentation costs $3 for adults and $2 for children.
