Summer 2012 Driver's Ed at Idaho Falls High School
NOTE: Student DOB must be on or before December 5th, 1997
Students wishing to enroll in this class must get their permit from the DMV office at the corner of Shoup and E street in Idaho Falls on May 24th between 5:00 and 7:00 PM.
To obtain the permit at the DMV office, the following will be needed:
- Certified Birth Certificate.
- Photo Identification - school activity card, yearbook, etc.
- Social Security Card or student number.
- Verification of Compliance (VOC form).
- Photo Identification of Liability Signer.
- Permit Fee - $21.
The fee for District 91 driver's education is $150.
