DESCRIPTION:  This class series is taught over a total of 6 sessions\,
	 once each week. The atmosphere is lighthearted and open\, so you can 
	relax and enjoy what you are learning. Each session will have three se
	gments– a guided meditation\, an interactive lecture\, and an experie
	ntial portion.The classes are free of charge but we expect you to be s
	erious about your commitment to them. We require you to commit to taki
	ng all 6 weeks of the class in sequence. Think of it like you would an
	y other subject you would study. No one would expect to gain an overvi
	ew of physics by taking one or two classes. The course is structured i
	n just such a way as to give the student the right amount of experienc
	e and content so they may learn and grow a great deal\, and to be able
	 to make a sound assessment wether they want to continue their studies
	 with us. Upon completing the Introduction to Meditation and Christian
	 Mysticism Class\, you are able to attend our advanced classes as well
	 as take part in other spiritual offerings.\n
