	re to have a 3x5 card to display the ingredients of your dish. Small c
	ards with the recipe to hand out is even better. Experience shows only
	 a few are required though. Bring your smile and your goodies to share
	! First timers to raw food can email us for recipe suggestions. We lov
	e to have fun and laugh\, you'll enjoy the eclectic nature of the peop
	le you'll meet here. Bring your smiling self and your like-minded\, li
