DESCRIPTION:  Join us at 9:00 for a great work-out with your little on
	e and then stay afterwards for a fun play group. We will be making pin
	e cone bird feeders. All supplies will be provided. We will meet near 
	the small playground behind the dog park. Rain/heat/cold: If it is ext
	remely hot\, cold or raining\, please call 800-718-7025 to find out if
	 class has been moved indoors to Pembroke Mall. The class consists of 
	a warm up\, a power walk and "stations" where we do a variety of body 
	toning exercises. We use exercise tubing (which we provide you with)\,
	 the stroller and the environment to create our gym. If your baby is f
	ussy\, we will show you exercises that you can do with your baby. Just
	 bring yourself\, your baby and the stroller. Just about any kind of s
	troller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping. We also suggest 
	you bring WATER\, a hat or sunblock for both you and your baby\, and a
	 towel or mat for our ground exercise. Plan to stay and play afterward
	s to socialize with the other moms and kids.\n
