DESCRIPTION:  We'll begin at Running Etc.\, do a mile warm up through 
	Ghent\, then do our tempo run\, and end with a mile cool down back to 
	Running Etc. The tempo run this week will be 10 minutes at tempo pace 
	with a 2 minute walk break\, then anoher 10 minutes at tempo pace. Any
	 questions my cell is 621-7638. There will NOT be a Ghent Thursday run
	 this week\, as we'll have done 12 miles on Saturday and this is a rec
	overy week.\n
