	dall Amplifiers and Eden Electronics)\, is set to run from July 24th t
	hrough August 30th\, 2009.  The THRASH & BURN TOUR will showcase a div
	erse mix of underground metal bands who draw from decades of Thrash\, 
	Punk\, and Hardcore\, to mold their 21st century sounds. Santa Barbara
	\, California’s DEVIL DRIVER has been tapped to headline this year’s r
	un.  THRASH & BURN TOUR organizer Mike Mowery comments “Once again we 
	aim to provide an inexpensive day of metal\, thrash\, and hardcore. We
	’ve chosen bands that compliment each other very well\, and we’ve dive
	rsified the lineup so there’s something for headbangers\, shredders\, 
	moshers\, and scenesters. Last year proved that a club tour of relevan
	t\, underground metal acts is something the fans want. Almost all of t
	he bands on the tour have new releases coming out this summer\, and th
	at will provide their fans an opportunity to see their new songs perfo
	rmed live for the first time.” DEVIL DRIVER will be supported by EMMUR
	E\, Despised Icon\, My Children My Bride\, Veil of Maya\, For The Fall
	en Dreams\, Oceano\, and Periphery. Several stops on the tour will see
	 the addition of a special guest band\, for a total of 10 national act
	s each night.  DEVIL DRIVER\, whose new album “Pray for Villains” will
	 be released July 14th on RoadRunner Records\, has been tapped as this
	 year’s headliner. Frontman Dez Fafara had this to say: “The time coul

	 support the UNDERGROUND! We are elated to bring our first full headli
	ning tour of major markets and combine it with THRASH & BURN’s pick of
