	calendar. Today's Food for Thought presentation: Arizona for Newcomers
	 presented by Gregory McNamee. What is it that makes Arizona unique\, 
	that gives it a different flavor from neighboring New Mexico\, Califor
	nia\, Utah\, and Sonora? In part the answer lies in Arizona's longstan
	ding habit of absorbing influences from its neighbors. Influences such
	 as architecture\, music\, cuisine\, and the arts are continually inco
	rporated into Arizona's already vibrant traditions\, and served up in 
	a unique blend of visual arts\, literature\, and folk life that is unl
	ike any other. This program was made possible by the Arizona Humanitie
	s Council. Additional information: For those attending the program a t
	wo hour free parking validation is available for the garage directly b
	elow the library. All are invited to bring their lunches for these fre
