	Recovery International is a national wide non-profile organization tha
	t has been teaching tools dealing with stress\, anxiety\, panic\, and 
	depression since 1937. This particular meeting has been going since Ja
	n 2006. It has been listed on MeetUp only recently and has yet to make
	 a splash\, so don't let the RSVP stats scare you off. We also draw pe
	ople from newspaper listing\, professional referrals\, and word of mou
	th. Each week we learn and practice tools for coping with daily life. 
	You will hear stories of how members use the tools in their daily life
	 and how it has helped them deal with both the symptoms and the situat
	ions. As you learn the tools\, the meeting will become a place where y
	ou can practice the tools and endorse yourself for your progress. Meet
	ing structure: o) Reading from one of Dr. Low's books. ......Currently
	 we are reading from 'Manage your fears\, Manage your anger'\, a colle
	ction of speeches given by Dr. Low to the original Recovery group. o) 
	Introductions ......Nothing more than going around the room and giving
	 our first names. o) Examples of Recovery practice ......Situations\, 
	Symptoms\, Spotting (tools)\, and Improvement\, told by members in 4 p
