	sion\n\nSingapore HeritageFest 2009 (SHF 2009) runs from 15 to 26 July
	 this year and is all about exploring our multicultural heritage and d
	iscovering “Who’s Your Neighbour?”\n\nSHF 2009 is a great way fo
	r citizens\, new residents and tourists to spend time together to disc
	over more about Singapore’s multicultural heritage and the diverse c
	ultures of those around us.\n\nThere’s an exciting line-up of events
	 at The Festival Hub @ Suntec which will house the festival’s anchor
	 exhibition “New Hopes\, New Dreams\, New Friends”. This will feat
	ure the festivals of the people living around us – their traditions\
	, food\, costumes\, music and art\; and also showcase daily cultural p
	erformances by local communities and residents of all ethnicities.\n\n
	As part of SHF 2009\, there will also be schools’ competitions and o
	utreach programmes such as the Close (Encounters of the Nice Kind) pho
	tography campaign\, six festival satellite hubs\, music concerts\, Fun
	 on Foot\, a heritage treasure hunt challenge and Expedition H bus tou
	rs.
