DESCRIPTION:  Did you make a resolution to start running\, to train fo
	r a half marathon\, a full marathon\, or to simply get in better shape
	? Well\, if you did\, this is your chance to get started on that. This
	 run is a fun 3 mile easy jog with running games - what is that you as
	k\, well you have to come to this meetup in order to find out! Stretch
	ing at 5:15 am\, run starts promptly at 5:30am. Every run will start w
	ith a brief stretching session in the Ralph's parking lot at 260 S. La
	 Brea. Park on the south side of the lot by the white fence which is t
	he area closest to the 3rd Street driveway - in other words\, as far a
	way from the store entrance as possible. All speeds and abilities are 
	welcome. Each run is a very easy to follow rectangle shaped route. The
	 plan is to try and keep everyone together for the first week or two u
	ntil they become familiar with the route (slowest runner pace controls
	 the rest). Afterwards\, there is a Jamba Juice on Larchmont (as well 
	as a Coffee Bean AND a Starbucks AND not one but TWO different bagel s
	hops!) Runner's may want to bring a bottle of fluid\, a head lamp or f
	lash light\, and wear reflective clothing. About the Organizer: Angela
	 Brunson is an accomplished marathon and ultra-marathon runner. Angela
	 is also active in rock climbing\, mountain biking\, yoga\, and ice ho
	ckey. She received her personal trainer certification from the Nationa
	l Academy of Sports Medicine. Her running background allows her to eff
	ectively communicate with other endurance athletes. She recently compl
	eted her 25th marathon and her PR is 3:17:51 (California International
	 Marathon\, December 2007).\n
