	 and Solutions Group of Intel Capital. Lisa and her staff of 5 Investm
	ent Managers are responsible for software equity and M&A investments i
	n support of Intel¡¯s platform and solution strategies with oversight 
	responsibility for more than 50 portfolio companies worldwide. Her spe
	cific software focus areas include applications\, middleware\, service
	s\, open source/Linux\, RFID\, sensors\, data warehouses\, business in
	ternet\, vertical markets\, & various other software categories. Lisa'
	s group completed twenty-eight new and follow-on equity investments in
	 2001-2002 and fourteen investments in 2003-2004\, and fourteen invest
	ments in 2005. Lisa personally completed new investments and follow-on
	s in application and infrastructure companies such as: The JBoss Group
	\, Datallegro\, Financial Engines\, and Gigaspaces. Lisa's team comple
	ted investments in: Spikesource\, Zend Technologies\, Arched Rock\, Bl
	ack Duck\, CollabNet\, among others. Lisa is Board Observer for Collab
	Net and Datallegro. Lisa managed the $253 million Intel 64 Investment 
	Fund. The original Fund participants included HP\, Compaq\, SGI\, Dell
	\, NEC\, and Morgan Stanley who represented 14 Fortune 500 end-users. 
	Lisa joined Intel in 1997 as a Product Marketing Engineer in the Deskt
	op Products Group (DPG)\, and subsequently held a Product Marketing Ma
	nagement position in DPG with responsibility to perform traditional In
	tel component product marketing functions for the Pentium II\, III pro
	cessor family. Lisa managed enterprise desktop marketing programs with
	 responsibility for creating product presentations for internal and fi
	eld personnel\, product positioning and roadmaps\, PC OEM and analyst 
	engagement\, launch activities\, and other product management function
